I am a Seneca Nation member, born and raised in Western New York – and I built R Crouse Services on a simple idea: small businesses and busy professionals deserve the same level of precision, discretion, and support that big companies take for granted.

Before founding R Crouse Services, I worked in the President’s Office of the Seneca Nation of Indians, handling executive administrative work at the highest level of tribal government. I also spent time in legal administration at Hodgson Russ LLP, an AmLaw 200 firm – experience that shaped how I think about confidentiality, precision, and getting things done right the first time. I hold a Paralegal Certificate from the University at Buffalo and a BS from Empire State University.

That background is why R Crouse Services doesn’t operate like a typical virtual assistant service. As an Online Business Manager, I bring executive-level judgement to the day-to-day work of running a business – from systems and operations to social media to notary and loan signing services – so the business owners I work with can spend their time on the work only they can do.

I also served in a leadership role with the Allegany Indian Reservation Volunteer Fire Department – work that’s taught me a lot about staying calm under pressure, coordinating people quickly, and following through when it matters. It’s the same mindset I bring to running your business systems: show up prepared, know the plan, and get it done right.
